Sandy Eisenbach
Founder & President
Sandy Eisenbach is the Founder and President of Eisenbach Consulting, LLC. Under Sandy's leadership, Eisenbach Consulting has grown to become a trusted and reliable leader in the energy industry. Over 20+ years Sandy has shaped the company into a respected industry leader, recognized for our excellence in client satisfaction, retention, and supplier relations. Sandy's leadership is focused on developing and sustaining a positive, encouraging, and ambitious culture. Sandy acknowledges Jesus Christ as the source of all positive outcomes, and encourages others to entrust their lives to Him.
Nathan Woodfin, CEP
Managing Consultant
Nathan Woodfin, CEP, is a proud SFA graduate with a BBA in Business and Minor in Marketing. As the longest-tenured non-family member at Eisenbach Consulting, he brings more than two decades of deep energy industry experience across production, exploration, retail supply, and consulting—primarily focused on turnkey problem-solving and procurement strategies in the retail space. As Managing Consultant leading the commercial department, Nathan oversees dedicated energy consultants and the administrative team along with working with a select few customers directly. He delivers tailored energy procurement and management solutions that empower businesses in deregulated markets to optimize costs, manage risk, and navigate complexity with confidence. His extensive expertise in natural gas, electricity, and other commodities provides clients with a genuine competitive edge in today's dynamic market. Before joining Eisenbach, Nathan sharpened his skills as a Business Development Manager at a major retail energy provider. Outside the office, he's devoted to family time and far too many hobbies to list.
Shawn Weeks
Director of Digital Operations
Shawn joined Eisenbach Consulting in March of 2015. Shawn has been performing SEO since 1999 and has a long track-record of using SEO to deliver results (increasing traffic/revenue) for many businesses — including his own. Among his many other duties at Eisenbach Consulting, Shawn oversees and performs SEO for Eisenbach Consulting's flagship website, ElectricChoice.com.
Angela Eisenbach
Regulatory Affairs
Angela holds an Associate Degree in Graphic Arts and Photography from Tyler Junior College and a BAAS from the University of Texas at Tyler. Having been instrumental in several company developments over the years, she currently focuses her expertise on regulatory compliance. In this role, Angela ensures the company maintains its steadfast commitment to industry standards and integrity—a responsibility that directly reflects the company's "do the right thing" motto. Angela's life is guided by her faith and a desire to build the kingdom of Christ. When she isn't navigating the complexities of regulatory affairs, she is often found enjoying the outdoors or photographing her nieces and nephews.
Rose Flores
HR Administrator
Rose Flores has over 19 years of working experience in Human Resources mostly handling recruitment, training, providing internal & external human resource and admin support, employee development, team effectiveness and leadership. She has various experience in start up to operations projects in industries such as hotel, manpower, academe, bookkeeping, manufacturing, training, and mining. Rose graduated AB Psychology from St. Theresa's College Cebu and completing thesis of her MA in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at University of San Carlos. On a more personal note, this passionate HR practitioner and trainer loves to travel, is active in church-community projects, likes the outdoor and enjoys life.
Wayne Rhoton
Director of Residential Operations
Wayne has been a member of sales and customer service teams his entire professional life. Wayne started working for Eisenbach Consulting in 2008 and during that time has personally signed up thousands of residential customers to affordable electric service. When helping customers, Wayne takes the time to understand their most important needs so he can suggest the electric plan best suited for them and their household. These skills, as well as Wayne's management skills, are an invaluable addition to the Eisenbach Consulting team.

Gabriel Canal
Senior Energy Consultant
Gabe graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in Marketing. He came to Eisenbach Consulting, LLC in 2017 after having spent 6 years as a GM of a retail store that focused on growth and customer service. His drive for success and hard work are impossible to overlook. As a Senior Energy Consultant, Gabe uses critical thinking and problem solving ability to provide a streamlined experience for his customers. He focuses on large commercial, industrial and Multi-family clients. When not at work, Gabriel enjoys cycling, lifting weights, and traveling.
Jesse Mojarro
Senior Energy Consultant
Jesse started his career at Eisenbach Consulting in June of 2015. He attended University of Texas at Tyler, where he earned a B.S degree in Industrial Technology and minor in Business Administration. Jesse's educational background and experience in customer service made him a perfect fit with Eisenbach Consulting. In his free time he enjoys playing soccer, catching up on trending topics, and tuning his '95 Toyota Celica.
