TX Residents Facing Rolling Blackouts
Energy Industry News | Feb 2, 2011The Electric Reliability Council of Texas declared a Level 3 Energy Emergency in Texas at 5:30am today. While power to the grid remains at maximum output levels, it's still not enough to meet the high demands.
